How we handle your information.

OURCHIVES Confidence Co. LLC("OURCHIVES," "we," "us") operates the OURCHIVES tutoring platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. If you have questions, write to justask@ourchivesworks.com.

From parents who create an account:

• Name and email address (required to create an account).
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Subscription tier, billing dates, and pause/resume status.

About your child:

• First name only.
• Grade band (K–1, 2–3, 4–5, 6–7, 8–9, 10–12). We do not collect date of birth, school, or address.
• Attendance and tutor-authored narrative notes about session participation.

We do not collect data directly from children. Children do not have logins, dashboards, or any direct interaction with our platform. All information about a child is entered by the parent or tutor.

• To deliver tutoring sessions and place children in peer circles.
• To process subscription payments and surface billing status in your dashboard.
• To send transactional communications (enrollment confirmations, session reminders, payment receipts).
• To provide tutor-authored narrative notes on the parent dashboard.
• To respond to your inquiries through the chat widget or email.

We do not use any AI-driven personalization or algorithmic profiling on parent or child data, and we do not generate scores, rankings, or comparative analytics of any kind.

To deliver the platform, we share necessary information with:

• Stripe — subscription billing.
• GoHighLevel (Lead Connector) — email and SMS communications.
• Zoom — live session video.
• Mighty Networks — parent community spaces.
• Neon (PostgreSQL hosting) — database infrastructure.
• Vercel / Microsoft Azure — application hosting.

Each provider is bound by its own privacy and data-protection terms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy or sell "leads."

OURCHIVES is designed for parents to enroll their children. Children do not interact with the platform directly. The only information we hold about a child is their first name and grade band, both provided by the parent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without parental consent, contact us at justask@ourchivesworks.com and we will delete it.

Active subscription data is retained while your account is open. After cancellation, we retain account records for up to 12 months for accounting and legal compliance, then delete or de-identify them. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

You can:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.

Email justask@ourchivesworks.com with the request. We respond within 30 days.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your subscription and your child's sessions (enrollment, payment, reminders). You can opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We use cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The chat widget on this site is provided by GoHighLevel and may set its own cookies for support continuity.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt; we never see them in plain text. Payment data lives only in Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Access to production systems is limited to a small operations team.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
